Shangri-La Festival: Tales of Yokai takes place in Alphen aan den Rijn at “Zegerplas”. A unique location within the hardcore scene that will transform to the realm in which the boundaries between passion and madness blur.

The minimum age at Shangri-La Festival is 18 years old, don’t forget your ID!

There will be multiple different FREE PUBLIC parking areas surrounding the festival grounds. Keep an eye out for the directional signs and the traffic employees.
FOR PEOPLE ARRIVING BY BIKE, There will be bicycle racks available in front of the entrance of Shangri-La Festival
YOU CAN TRAVEL TO STATION ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN, FROM THERE IT IS A 30 MINUTE WALK TO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
YES, IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM GERMANY OR FRANCE YOU CAN FIND US TOURS FROM “HARDTOURS”, “SONIC WARRIOR”, “FEIERREISEN” AND “AKKROS VOYAGES”
FOR KISS&RIDE OR TAXI THERE IS A DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT. FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO GET TO THE CORRECT LOCATION

TICKET PERSONILIZATION CAN BE DONE DIRECTLY AFTER BUYING THE TICKET. IF YOU FORGOT, YOU WILL GET AN E-MAIL WITH A LINK TO PERSONALIZE!
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETUNR YOUR TICKET. HOWEVER, YOU CAN BUY OR SELL TICKETS THROUGH TICKETSWAP. WE WORK WITH THEM AND THEIR SECURESWAP TECHNOLOGY, THIS MEANS THAT WHEN BUYING A TICKET FROM THEM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NEW BARCODE ENSURING A SECURE EXPERIENCE.
NO, THE MOMENT YOU LEAVE THE EVENT YOU WILL NEED A NEW TICKET TO RE-ENTER.
THERE WILL BE LOCKERS AVAILABLE FOR A PRICE OF 10 euros
PROTECTIVE EARPLUGS WILL BE SOLD AT THE MERCHANDISE STAND.
FOUND OBJECTs WILL BE COLLECTED WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER THE EVENT AND BE STORED FOR 90 DAYS. IF YOU LOST SOMETHING, YOU CAN SEND US AN E-MAIL TO SHANGRI-LA@TEAMGABBER.NL WITH THE EXACT DESCRIPTION OF YOUR LOST ITEM.

- SHANGRI-LA FESTIVAL is only accessible with a valid entrance ticket.
- The organization and security have the right to check your age on the basis of a valid ID.
- All hard and soft drugs are prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy.
- If drugs or other prohibited substances/objects are found, you will be removed from the event and handed over to the police.
- The organization and security have the right to deny anyone access, without giving a reason and without the right to a refund if they deem this necessary.
- The organization cannot be held liable for personal injury and/or loss or damage to goods.
- Commercial activities on or around the event without permission from the organization are prohibited.
- Distributing flyers or other promotional material without permission from the Team Gabber Events is prohibited.
- Access to the event is at your own risk. If you have health problems, go to the emergency room.
- Always follow the instructions of the crew, security guards and emergency responders.
- Treat each other with respect.
- (Sexual) Harassment is not tolerated.
- Bringing drinks, food or other consumption items is not permitted.
- Photo and/or video recordings can be made of you, which can be distributed for any form of promotion.
- Everyone must comply with the applicable house rules when entering this event.
